Meet Kristi Nowrouzi

I built this program because I've been exactly where you are — new, unsure, and staring down a business that lives or dies on relationships you haven't built yet.

For over 16 years I've worked as a licensed mortgage loan officer (NMLS #754092), and before that, as a licensed realtor — so I've sat on both sides of the transaction you're being trained for. I'm also a Certified Credit Counselor and hold the RCS-D designation (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce), which means my career has been built on understanding not just how deals close, but why clients trust the people who guide them there.

I'm a Certified DISC Practitioner and instructor, a Distinguished Toastmaster, and I coach newer loan officers and deliver continuing education to realtors every year. This program is the exact communication, sales, and client-winning playbook I wish someone had handed me on day one.
